Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned, enterprise-savvy Senior Sales Engineer to join our IXIA CCMS presales team. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the technical face of IXIA CCMS, guiding prospects through value-driven discovery, tailored demonstrations, and solution design. You’ll work alongside account executives to drive complex sales cycles and position MadCap Software as the preferred CCMS platform for structured content.
This role is critical to delivering technical excellence in strategic customer engagements. Your ability to align our platform with customer outcomes will directly influence win rates and revenue growth. This position report to the VP, Solution Architects.

Salary Range: $220K - $250K On Target Earning, includes commission pay
