Job summary

CohnReznick LLP is seeking a Lead Solutions Analyst for the Global Digital & CyberSecurity team in a senior individual-contributor role. You will bridge business needs and technology solutions, working with Product Owners, stakeholders, and developers to analyze requirements and define solution approaches.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in technical/business analysis, strong documentation skills, and experience with Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in technical analysis, business systems analysis, or technology consulting.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Ability to identify incomplete requirements and translate them into clear solutions.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, data flows, and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and contribute to design and delivery planning of business and technology solutions.
• Review, validate, and refine requirements, identifying gaps, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into functional and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business and technology teams.
• Create and maintainTechnical Design Documents, API specs, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
• Contribute to solution design involving Power Platform, Azure services, React apps, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
