Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis or functional consulting for enterprise software implementations.
• Proven experience coaching and developing other professionals in a software development context.
• Strong understanding of low-code platforms and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex regulatory implementation engagements end-to-end.
• Serve as the primary coach and escalation point for 8–10 consultants.
• Develop and maintain best-practice documentation for requirements gathering.
