Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Technical Digital Lead and Solution Architect to drive digital modernization initiatives. The role focuses on transforming manual processes into secure, automated, and data-driven solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Salesforce, and BI tools.

The ideal candidate will architect enterprise solutions, lead cross-functional projects, and deliver measurable operational improvements while providing technical leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years designing and leading enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
• Selected candidate must be able to travel to client sites up to 50%.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, and guiding digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience building dashboards and analytics with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Experience leading projects, developing technical requirements or SOWs, and managing delivery.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Ability to work standard Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital modernization initiatives by transforming manual processes into automated, scalable business solutions.
• Architect and optimize SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Salesforce to improve collaboration and operations.
• Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce.
• Develop technical requirements, SOWs, and roadmaps aligned with governance and enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship for high-quality, secure solutions.
