CohnReznick is seeking a senior-level Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will work with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to analyze requirements, define solution approaches, and support successful delivery of business applications and tech initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years in technical analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
7–10+ years of experience in technical analysis or related roles.
Experience collaborating with Product Owners and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specs.
Review and refine requirements, identify risks, dependencies, and gaps.
Create solution designs, documents, and API/workflow diagrams.
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and project managers throughout the lifecycle.
