Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a senior solution analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions in a collaborative, non-hands-on role. You will work with product owners, stakeholders, developers, and QA to define requirements, document designs, and support successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings deep analytical skills, strong communication, and experience across Power Platform, APIs, and data flows to guide architecture and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in technical analysis or related roles.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technology teams.
• Ability to identify incomplete requirements and define solutions.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, data flows, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and contribute to design and delivery planning of business and technology solutions.
• Review, validate, and refine requirements, identifying gaps and risks.
• Translate objectives into functional and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering meetings with business and technology teams.
• Create Technical Design Documents, API specs, workflow diagrams, and data flow docs.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and project managers through the solution lifecycle.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.
