• Experience in metrics-driven environments and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for IT solutions.
• Facilitate discussions between business users, technical teams, and service providers to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop user stories, process documentation, workflows, and business requirements documentation.
• Monitor the performance, quality, and value of IT services using established KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analyze service delivery trends and recommend opportunities for operational improvement.
• Ensure IT solutions align with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of supported applications, business processes, system architecture, and integration points.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical and business issues.
• Assess business impacts of IT risks and service interruptions and coordinate timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal business partners, technical teams, and external service providers within a matrix organization.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders throughout project and operational lifecycles.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and status updates.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
• Present findings, recommendations, risks, and project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze budgeting trends and provide financial insights related to IT initiatives.
