Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a senior-level Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions. You will work with Product Owners, stakeholders, and developers to analyze requirements, define solution approaches, and drive successful delivery of business apps and initiatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in requirements analysis, SDLC, and enterprise integrations, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 7–10+ years in technical analysis or business systems analysis.
• Experience with Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and define functional/technical solutions.
• Review and refine requirements, identify gaps and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into specs.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business and tech teams.
• Create TDDs, API specs, data flow diagrams, and process maps.
• Communicate impacts, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
• Support solution governance and SDLC compliance.
