Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• 1+ years experience documenting business processes and system specifications.
• 1+ years experience with software development lifecycles, project management methodologies, and testing/QA processes.
• 1+ years experience conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Elicit, document, and validate requirements via interviews, workshops, surveys, and analysis of existing systems.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for IT solutions.
• Create use cases, user stories, and process diagrams to guide development.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Document test cases and track defects with development teams for timely resolution.
• Provide post-implementation support, training, and user documentation.
