Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in delivery leadership, preferably in healthcare or enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams (Engineering, QA, BA, PM).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to estimate, plan, govern SDLC, and manage delivery budgets and capacity.
• Experience operating in regulated environments and using structured delivery artifacts.

• Serve as the single accountable owner for solution delivery and stability.
