Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with IC or national security customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IC customer discovery and map requirements to the Salesforce platform (CRM, Agentforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft).
• Architect secure, agentic solutions for IC use cases: case management and analyst workflows.
• Prototype Agentforce-based solutions in classified environments with grounding strategies and governance.
• Present architecture and business value to mission operators and IC leadership.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with technical content and architecture documentation.
