Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior SPM Solution Engineer to join the SPM Solution Engineering Team. You will work with Sales Leaders and Account Executives globally to craft solutions that scale, demonstrate value through executive product demos, and help drive adoption of SPM within the Salesforce portfolio.

You will partner across teams, build customer-centric strategies, and advocate for innovative approaches that align with Salesforce’s mission and client success goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience using Salesforce as a power user or admin.
• Salesforce certifications a plus (Administrator, Architect).
• Experience with enterprise clients in a Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering role.
• Excellent speaking and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
• Strong writing and communication skills for internal/external audiences.
• Strong time management to handle multiple sales cycles concurrently.
• Creative mindset to develop solutions for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals and challenges throughout the sales cycle.
• Present executive level product demonstrations highlighting the value of SPM.
• Act as a SME with product demonstrations and technical discovery calls.
• Create new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking to enable business initiatives.
• Lead enablement activities (webinars, best practices, knowledge sharing).
• Enable the broader Solution Engineering team and collaborate cross-functionally within Salesforce.
• Become an expert in all SPM applications and Salesforce platform.
• Gather feedback with sales/product teams to improve products and processes.
