Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years experience in solution delivery or technology delivery.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and capabilities.
• Experience managing complex vendor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate solution strategy into delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned solutions.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with business, quality, security, architecture, and vendor partners.
• Manage governance, issue resolution, service performance, risk management, and vendor oversight.
