Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Solution Manager for Clinical Operations in Indianapolis to drive technology delivery for one or more clinical solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to translate strategy into concrete delivery plans, manage end-to-end solution lifecycles, and ensure compliance and scalability across global teams.

We value experience in regulated environments, strong collaboration, and the ability to apply AI and automation to improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in solution delivery, technology delivery, or service ownership.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-enabled tools and capabilities.
• Experience managing complex vendor solutions in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering technology solutions end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Translate solution strategy into delivery plans with measurable outcomes.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of assigned solutions including delivery and operations.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with business, quality, security, architecture, and vendor partners.
• Manage governance, service performance, risk, and vendor oversight.
• Apply AI and automation to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support investment decisions with business cases and risk assessment.
