Must lead with AI-enabled delivery, ensure data integrity, security, and GxP compliance while guiding agile teams and collaborating with stakeholders to align strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of technology experience.
• Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Design and improve Clinical Results Lab data ingestion and transformation.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering to accelerate delivery.
• Build integrations and data services using API patterns and event-driven architectures.
• Provide hands-on problem solving on data and technical issues.
• Ensure data solutions meet GxP, security, and data integrity requirements.
• Lead the Clinical Results Lab execution across teams.
