What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the value of the digital experience analytics platform
- Lead discovery sessions to identify and align with prospect pain points using established frameworks
- Own and execute Proof of Value engagements, focusing on business impact and insight delivery
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enhance the customer buying journey
- Advise on digital experience strategies, including behavioral analytics and content optimization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, with at least 3 years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales
- Demonstrated expertise in analytics and digital experience platforms or related MarTech/UX technologies
- Strong technical skills in web and app technologies, including HTML, JS, APIs, and SDKs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with structured sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC

- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client and field needs
