Job summary

Avenga, a global technology and consulting company, is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Product Lead in the United States to drive strategy, design, and global deployment of WFM solutions.

You will focus on Workforce Software (WFS), Time & Attendance, and integrate with Workday, payroll, and enterprise systems across multiple markets. Strong governance and cross‑functional leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management platforms and process design.
• Proven track record leading global WFM deployments including WFS and Time & Attendance.
• Experience integrating WFM with Workday, ADP, UKG/Kronos, and payroll providers.
• Ability to gather requirements and manage multi-country deployment timelines and risks.
• Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, EA).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, implementation, and global rollout of enterprise Workforce Management solutions.
• Manage WFS configuration, including Time & Attendance rules, pay policies, and system parameters.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
• Oversee integrations between WFS, Workday, ADP, UKG/Kronos, and regional payroll platforms.
• Ensure all deployed solutions comply fully with country-specific labor laws, union contracts, and Works Council mandates.
• Develop deployment roadmaps, business cases, project updates, and risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with implementation vendors to guarantee project deliverables meet timeline and quality standards.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to standardize WFM operations globally.

In this role, you will focus on Workforce Software (WFS), Time & Attendance, and seamless integrations with Workday, payroll, and enterprise systems across global markets.

This is you

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Workforce Management (WFM) platforms and process design.
• Extensive experience leading global rollouts and implementations of Workforce Software (WFS), including Time & Attendance and complex pay rule configurations.
• Proven track record supporting integrations between WFM platforms and systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG/Kronos, and global payroll providers.
• Strong ability to gather business requirements, design scalable processes, and manage complex multi-country deployment timelines and risks.
• Solid experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, Enterprise Architecture).
• Deep understanding of local labor laws, payroll regulations, union rules, and Works Council compliance requirements across international jurisdictions.
• Excellent strategic communication skills to convey roadmaps, project status, risks, and business cases to senior leadership.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones to support global teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with change management frameworks and driving user adoption for new enterprise processes.
• Hands-on experience standardizing and optimizing global WFM processes in multi-entity environments.
