Job summary

Zuora, Inc. is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of Zuora solutions within a professional services context.

You will map client requirements to architecture, drive governance, and present outcomes to CXO-level sponsors. This is a remote position with occasional office visits; you’ll collaborate with global teams and advocate best practices, SDLC leadership, and cross-functional coordination to deliver complex ERP, billing, and CRM deployments.

Qualifications

• Must have enterprise level experience in a professional services organisation as a Solution Architect or Business Consultant delivering ERP, billing, revenue, procurement and/or CRM solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership to drive business discussions and articulate the value of the solution and best practices.
• Experience in requirements gathering, use cases, business analysis, systems design and integration.
• Experience with accounting discussions with Finance teams.
• Experience delivering end-to-end SDLC from workshops through handover.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate that the proposed solution architecture supports the stated and implied business requirements.
• Review technical deliverables for compliance with architecture standards and best practices.
• Present architecture deliverables such as diagrams, ERD, and business process flows to CXO-level sponsors and end users.
• Deliver Expert Services to Zuora Partners.
• Lead solution architecture during implementation and guide client requirements mapping.
