Salesforce Professional Services is seeking Solution Architects to join the Missionforce team. You will provide architectural leadership across large engagements and partner with executives and delivery teams to co-create solution visions for complex Defense & National Security projects.

The role drives architecture strategy from initial solutioning through execution, ensuring mission-critical programs deliver measurable outcomes while upholding best practices and fostering a high-performance

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise architecture or consulting on Salesforce Platform throughout the whole life cycle.
• Active Secret, TS or TS/SCI clearance required.
• Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy.
• Experience documenting business processes and designs using UML / sequence diagrams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to teach complex concepts.
• Listener and proactive problem solver with stakeholder empathy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the client and executives.
• Lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies to drive business value.
