Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a detail-oriented professional to safeguard businesses by optimizing value from technology investments. You will work on engagements across strategy, operations, and technology, building IT roadmaps and improving processes to reduce costs and risks.

The role offers exposure to ERP/SCM/MES/RPA/IIoT projects, client relationship building, and firm professional development, with a commitment to a diverse, inclusive workplace and flexible work options where possible.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, supply chain management, operations, finance, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
• Supply chain and/or engineering knowledge/experience is preferred.
• Some experience with selecting and/or implementing enterprise technology solutions (ERP, SCM, MES, RPA, IIoT, Analytics, etc.) is preferred.
• This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
• This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Handling or creating projects (assisting with research, special analysis requested by Managers, Partners, etc.)
• Advanced technology research and assistance with thought leadership development
• IT assessment
• Process improvement/reengineering and operational review
• Assist clients with selecting and/or implementing and optimizing enterprise technology solutions (ERP, SCM, RPA, MES, CPM, IIoT, etc.)
• Developing relationships with clients and participating in networking/business development activities
• Engaging in firm professional development activities
