GovCIO is hiring a Senior Architect Development Team Lead to support solution architecture and development team needs for a government customer. The role is located in the Washington DC metropolitan area with a hybrid schedule, primarily remote with intermittent onsite activity.

The position requires extensive experience with Natural/ADABAS, Software AG’s NaturalONE, and leadership of architecture teams across O&M and enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 15+ years in large-scale application design and development.
• Expert proficiency in Natural using ADABAS.
• Experience with Software AG’s NaturalONE Eclipse-based development environment.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years working with customers to define requirements.
• Strong ability to design solutions across multiple systems or sub-systems.
• Proficient with O365 components.
• Active Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain SCI.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of architects and developers.
• Assess existing background investigation systems and processes.
• Interact with stakeholders to understand program needs.
• Design scalable, compliant architectures across systems.
• Collaborate with development teams for implementation.
• Conduct regular reviews to measure solution effectiveness.
• Support federal contracting and grants management lifecycle.
• Utilize JIRA for requirements tracking.
