ActioNet, Inc. seeks a Solution & Systems Integration Architect SME to lead end-to-end architecture for a major federal modernization program. The role translates mission requirements into secure, scalable designs and works with engineering, cybersecurity, data, cloud, mobility, ITSM and program teams from concept through deployment and stabilisation.

This is a hands-on, architecture-focused position in a hybrid arrangement in the DC region. U.S.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with senior architecture experience across multiple domains.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience designing and governing complex enterprise solutions across multiple domains (Application, Systems Integration, Data, Cloud/Platform, Network, Cybersecurity, Identity, ITSM, IT Operations).
• Experience defining APIs, interfaces, dependencies, nonfunctional requirements, and security constraints.
• Experience leading architecture or technical design reviews.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into enterprise solution architectures and technical baselines.
• Develop and maintain architecture views: context, logical, physical, component, interface, integration, deployment, and transition.
• Apply standards, patterns, shared services, and reference architectures.
• Lead architecture compliance reviews and technical design reviews.
• Conduct trade studies on cloud adoption, modernization, debt, and interoperability.
• Identify architecture risks and dependencies early.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to resolve design conflicts and maintain schedules.
• Define and validate APIs, interfaces, and data exchanges.
• Support engineering through deployment and stabilization.
