Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Principal Architect, Solution Engineering and Automation to design end-to-end solutions for highly complex initiatives. You will lead architecture governance, identify innovative PBM tech opportunities and guide teams across App Dev, Technology Services and EA.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in overall design/development experience
- 7+ years hands-on cloud platform experience
- Expert in software architecture/design patterns
- Proficiency in security, automation and Observability
- Experience with integration layers and modern data streaming
- Experience automating complex processes and RPA solutions
- Strong communication and leadership to influence decisions
Responsibilities
- Provide technology leadership and architecture oversight
- Lead and guide modernization opportunities for PBM tech
- Develop reference architectures for cloud-native PBM apps
- Advise App Dev teams on performance and roadblocks
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Mentor junior architects and engineers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation
