Qualifications

• Hands-on data design including data models for complex transformations.
• Experience building automated workflows for data profiling and anomaly detection.
• Design robust metadata tagging systems to power Retrieval-Augmented Generation and reduce model hallucinations.
• Experience with streaming platforms like Apache Kafka.
• 10+ years in design/development with Python or similar languages.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with major public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• 2+ years AI/ML (GenAI) experience and automation of processes.
• Bachelor's in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide data technology leadership, oversight, and guidance while adhering to architecture principles.
• Perform Buy vs Build analyses to guide recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Lead architecture design reviews and identify gaps and propose changes.
• Drive modernization opportunities for PBM data technologies with scalable, robust solutions.
• Develop reference data architectures, guardrails, and governance guidelines.
• Lead proofs-of-concept and AI-powered analytics initiatives across business units.
• Advise app development teams on performance challenges in strategic initiatives.
