o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead data-driven supply chain planning initiatives and design technical solutions. You will supervise data collection, model development, and platform configuration to address complex operations challenges.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams across locations and time zones, and mentoring junior analysts to deliver scalable solutions and improvements in enterprise planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions.
• Strong background in mathematics and statistics.
• Experience with planning systems and ERP tools.
• Ability to lead full lifecycle implementations from requirements to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and data requirements sessions for to-be business processes.
• Oversee collection and analysis of data from ERP/PLM systems and other sources.
• Create technical designs translating business requirements into platform designs.
• Develop and review data models, datasets, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee tool configuration in the o9 platform to solve supply chain problems.
• Mentor junior analysts and align cross-functional teams.
