Job summary

o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Solution Strategist to act as SME for business and data requirements and to lead end-to-end planning solution implementations.

You will oversee data collection from ERP/PLM systems, ensure data quality, and guide PM/CM teams through scoping, design, and sign-offs with customers. The role requires leading a team of architects and analysts, configuring the o9 platform, and coordinating with cross-functional teams across global client environments.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience or Bachelor's with 8 years' experience.
• Fields: Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, CS, Mechanical, Business with analytics concentration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and escalation resource for business/data requirements.
• Oversee collection and analysis of data from ERP/PLM databases, Excel, emails, etc.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Support PM and CM teams with capability listings and effort estimates.
• Lead and manage design documentation and review work of architects/consultants.
• Oversee tool configuration in the o9 platform to solve supply chain problems.
• Collaborate with internal R&D to resolve gaps and deploy fixes.
• Coordinate with client and stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution.
