Job summary

congruentX is a cloud-native CRM modernization and AI-driven services company seeking a Senior Solution Architect for large multi-workstream engagements. The role owns end-to-end solution architecture across platform, security, and AI components, guiding data, integration, and governance decisions to achieve contracted outcomes.

The architect stays hands-on, prototyping and reviewing configurations while leading the build team and ensuring architectural integrity before build starts.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of enterprise CRM / business applications delivery, including at least 3 years as the lead architect on large D365 / Dataverse programs.
• Deep, hands-on expertise across D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service), Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Experience designing enterprise security models and ALM / DevOps pipelines for Power Platform.
• Practical experience designing and shipping AI/agentic solutions in production with cX Core OS.
• Executive-level communication skills to translate business goals into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture across D365 / Dataverse, Power Platform, and AI/agent components.
• Define data migration strategy and cutover sequencing with data architects.
• Design integration patterns, middleware, and non-functional requirements.
• Lead security model design and ALM/DevOps pipelines for repeatable delivery.
• Coach and lead multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources.
