Job summary

ConcertAI seeks a seasoned Solutions Consultant (Commercial Data) to translate pharmaceutical and life sciences needs into scalable, implementation-ready solutions. You will define architectures, data flows, and integration approaches, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.

You will own the solution transition into implementation, document scope and data requirements, and participate in customer discovery to refine requirements and design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in solution architecture, implementation consulting, business analysis, data consulting, or related role.
• Experience with pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, data, analytics, or enterprise tech solutions.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts (ingestion, mapping, transformation, APIs, data quality).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Experience creating architecture, workflow, integration, or data-flow docs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical solution components.
• Design solution architectures, data-flow diagrams, integration approaches, and workflows.
• Communicate how the proposed solution operates and aligns with norms and standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Engagement teams to validate feasibility and constraints.
• Lead solution transition from commercial to implementation and ensure continuity.
• Support discovery sessions and workshops for deeper technical discovery.
• Develop reusable patterns, templates, and documentation for proposals and engagements.
