Job summary

Concentrix seeks a Sr. Software Architect to lead the design, implementation, integration, and evolution of NiCE CXone and Cognigy solutions. This senior, client-facing technical leadership role translates business requirements into scalable, secure CX platforms.

You will guide architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled customer experiences across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer experience technologies or CCaaS architecture.
• Hands-on with NiCE CXone.
• Experience with conversational AI like Cognigy.
• Strong API/integration, CRM, cloud security knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews and set standards for enterprise CX solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end NiCE CXone and Cognigy deployments and integrations.
• Develop Cognigy AI applications and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and clients to define roadmaps.
