Senior Solution Architect - Presales (Remote)

We're looking for a senior solution architect with experience in Presales, Data Integration, and MDM to join our team remotely.

You will report to the Manager, Technical Sales.

Technology You'll Use

Your Role Responsibilities: Here's What You'll Do

• Have basic knowledge of the top 3 cloud ecosystems and top 2 data-related technologies.
• Understand basic cloud computing security aspects.
• Obtain basic certification on at least one cloud ecosystem and one data-related cloud technology as defined by the business area of focus.
• Skills on at least one INFA-related software platform/technology.
• Storytelling skills and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects based on use cases.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with influencers, coaches, decision-makers, and partners.
• Basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and Business Intelligence concepts and products.

What We'd Like to See

• Manage customer engagements independently.
• Share best practices, content, and tips within your primary responsibility area.
• Stay current on certifications relevant to your area.
• Lead activities leading up to customer demos, including discovery, technical qualification, customer presentations, and demos.
• Assist with RFP responses and POCs.
• Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities like technical advisory and workshops.
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun.
• Support demos at marketing events without support.

Role Essentials

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data integration, MDM, or data governance.
• 10+ years of presales, technical sales, industry, or consulting experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred.
