- Architect scalable solutions supporting FHIR, clinical data exchange, HL7, EDI/X12, REST APIs, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the complete product lifecycle, from architecture and product design through development, implementation, deployment, production readiness, and ongoing modernization.
- Design reusable healthcare integration platforms and services that enable secure data exchange across payers, providers, EHRs, clinical systems, vendors, government entities, and other healthcare ecosystem partners.
- Provide deep architectural expertise for HL7 FHIR-based solutions, including FHIR APIs, resources, profiles, implementation guides, terminology, validation, and interoperability patterns.
- Architect solutions supporting healthcare clinical data exchange, including ingestion, transformation, normalization, validation, storage, routing, and distribution of clinical information.
- Design and guide implementation of healthcare EDI/X12 integrations, including transactions such as 270/271, 276/277, 278, 834, 835, and 837, as applicable to payer business processes.
- Architect solutions supporting HL7 v2 and other legacy healthcare integration standards, including strategies for interoperability between legacy platforms and modern FHIR/API-based ecosystems.
- Design cloud-native and hybrid-cloud architectures using GCP and Azure, selecting appropriate cloud services based on scalability, availability, performance, security, operational supportability, and cost.
- Provide expertise across cloud architecture capabilities including API management, containers/Kubernetes, serverless computing, messaging, event streaming, data platforms, storage, networking, identity and access management, monitoring, and observability.
