Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking a collaborative, results-driven Project Manager to join our Solid Waste team. The role offers flexible work options including Jacksonville office, Pensacola or Jupiter home-based arrangements, and remote possibilities for qualified candidates across Florida.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering and 10+ years of consulting experience with solid waste projects, plus 5+ years in project management leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience in solid waste projects.
• At least 5 years of project management experience on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle for solid waste initiatives from scope to closeout.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Resolve complex technical, financial, scheduling, and regulatory challenges.
• Apply PM methodologies to optimize schedule, resources, and financials.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
• Uphold strict safety standards and procedures.
