Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking a collaborative Project Manager to lead solid waste projects across client sites and regulatory environments. You will oversee scope, budget, and schedule from design through closeout, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-value solutions.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in solid waste, at least 5 years in PM, and PMP certification or equivalent. Remote-friendly arrangements are available across Florida and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in solid waste projects.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Prior solid waste project experience, especially for public clients.
• History of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle for solid waste initiatives—from scope development to closeout.
• Ensure all aspects meet client expectations within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Resolve complex technical, financial, scheduling, and regulatory challenges through negotiation.
• Apply project management methodologies to optimize schedule, resources, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
