Job summary

The Foth Companies seeks a dynamic Business Development Professional – Client Team Leader for Florida to expand our geographic footprint. This hunter will cultivate new opportunities, nurture partnerships, and drive strategic growth in the solid waste market.

You’ll work from our Jacksonville office or remotely from Pensacola or Jupiter regions, with Florida-wide remote options, shaping proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering high-value work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting experience in public or private sectors.
• Experience with solid waste permitting, design, construction, and/or compliance.
• Proven track record in developing, retaining and maintaining clients.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements for waste facility design and emerging issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and close new opportunities to maintain a healthy project pipeline.
• Lead proposals and presentations to showcase client needs and market dynamics.
• Foster long-term client relationships and client loyalty.
