Job summary

Sanborn Head is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Civil/Environmental Engineer with solid waste expertise to lead projects and grow our solid waste practice. You will manage a team of engineers and scientists, secure new work, and interact with principals to drive growth and quality outcomes.

The role offers hybrid or remote work depending on location, with opportunities for ownership for the right candidate and a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in solid waste (or 8 years with MS).
• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering; MS preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical strategies and oversee production of technical work products.
• Coordinate with project team members and clients.
• Serve as Engineer-of-Record and manage projects financially and technically.
• Lead and supervise staff engineers and scientists; prepare proposals and budgets.
• Secure and develop clientele and act as primary client manager.
