Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering with PE licensure within 6 months preferred.
• 10+ years solid waste experience; 8+ years with MS acceptable.
• Ability to secure PE licensure within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical strategies and oversee production of technical work products.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare drawings, calculations and integrate with other software.
• Prepare calculations for stormwater, hydrology, and drainage designs.
• Coordinate with project team members and clients.
• Oversee preparation of technical reports, data tables, specifications, and other deliverables.
• Manage projects financially and technically.
• Supervise staff engineers and scientists.
• Prepare proposals and project budgets.
• Develop clientele and serve as primary client manager.
