Job summary

Sanborn Head & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Civil or Environmental Engineering with solid waste experience to lead project work and grow the firm’s solid waste presence.

You will manage a team of engineers and scientists to support project outcomes and interact with Principals on key initiatives. This fast-paced leadership role offers opportunities for growth, client development, and potential firm ownership for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in solid waste or 8 years with MS; PE preferred.
• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering; MS preferred; Licensure within 6 months if not already held.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical strategies and oversee production of work products.
• Coordinate with project team members and clients; oversee staff.
• Prepare proposals and project budgets; secure and develop clientele.
• Serve as Engineer-of-Record; manage projects financially and technically.
