Job summary
Sanborn Head is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Civil or Environmental Engineer, with solid waste experience, to lead project teams and grow our solid waste practice in the Boston area. This role combines technical leadership, client development, and staff supervision, with the potential for ownership for the right candidate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant solid waste experience or 8 years with MS.
- Professional Engineer licensure or ability to secure within 6 months.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical strategies and oversee delivery of technical work products.
- Lead project teams and manage projects financially and technically.
- Prepare proposals and project budgets, secure and develop clientele.
- Serve as Engineer-of-Record when required.
