Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting AC/DC/PV systems, and keeping detailed records. OSHA-certified candidates with 2+ years of O&M experience are preferred and opportunities for progression and certification are

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with O&M on utility-scale solar farms or large CI projects (1MW+)
• Experience with AC, DC, and PV systems
• Experience locating and troubleshooting ground faults
• IV curve tracing and megger testing experience
• OSHA certifications
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar panel systems.
• Diagnose and repair system malfunctions.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Keep accurate records of work performed.
