Job summary

Soltage LLC seeks a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end equipment procurement across its solar and energy storage portfolio. The role coordinates with Development, Engineering, Project Management, and Finance to optimize third-party supply decisions and ensure timely delivery of company-owned equipment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of procurement, supply chain, or project controls experience in solar, energy storage, or construction.
• Direct experience procuring major capital equipment such as PV modules, inverters, BESS, and transformers.
• Demonstrated experience managing physical inventory across multiple locations and coordinating logistics.
• Experience coordinating equipment dispatch and logistics to active construction sites.
• Proven ability to manage competitive RFQ/RFP processes from solicitation through award.
• Familiarity with construction project delivery models and ITC Safe Harbor requirements.
• Experience supporting lender draw processes or owner’s representative functions on capital-intensive projects.

Responsibilities

• Long-Lead Equipment Procurement: Own the long-lead procurement schedule for active and near-term projects.
• Procure PV modules, inverters, transformers, BESS, switchgear, and balance-of-plant materials.
• Identify long-lead items at FNTP and initiate procurement with Eng. and PM.
• Track open purchase orders from issue to delivery and escalate risks.
• Maintain portfolio-level PO records by project, vendor, date, and status.
