Job summary

Centrica Business Solutions in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Solar & Energy Solutions. The role covers design-build project management, including budgeting, procurement, subcontractor oversight, risk mitigation, and safety program execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with development and operations, and ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and exceptional customer service on lighting, EV charging, and energy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in Solar and energy efficiency construction.
• Experience managing self-perform construction and multi-trade subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 certification required or within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support Development Team with scope of work input.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Procure materials and equipment within budget and on time.
• Lead internal, client, and vendor meetings for projects.
• Monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules; ensure safety and quality.
