Job summary

Herzog Energy, Inc. seeks a dedicated Project Manager in the United States to lead solar PV and BESS projects, ensuring on-time delivery and on-budget performance.

You will coordinate with clients, engineers, and installers, and oversee safety, quality, and compliance. The role requires 7–10 years of PM experience on large-scale projects, with at least 3 years in solar/BESS, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience on large-scale projects, with 3+ years directly executing solar and BESS projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with long durations on site.
• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills across all levels.
• Experience reading and interpreting EPC contracts; proven forecasting and Change Order management.

Responsibilities

• Execute solar PV projects within budget and schedule.
• Direct project management activities and liaise between key stakeholders.
• Drive project execution while maintaining client, stakeholder, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain top-quality customer service with clients and stakeholders.
• Review installer progress reports to manage project risks.
• Present project progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Manage weekly calls with contractors and coordinate internal resources.
