Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Project Manager for Solar + BESS projects to lead and deliver nationwide EPC initiatives. The role requires leadership of project teams through planning, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.

Projects are nationwide with 100% travel; current locations include TN, GA, MS, TX, and more. This is a full-time, site-based position demanding extensive travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct project teams to achieve project goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project work plans, safety plans, quality plans, and company policies and initiatives.
• Drive project performance to meet or exceed budgets, schedules, and organizational objectives.
• Oversee project estimating, scheduling, constructability reviews, value engineering, procurement activities, and field execution.
• Develop and implement project recovery plans when necessary to address schedule or cost impacts.
