Job summary

Herzog Energy, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent in the United States to lead electrical construction on utility-scale solar and BESS projects.

You will oversee crews, collaborate with management, and ensure schedules, safety, and quality align with project requirements. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in construction management, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management or related experience.
• Experience managing electrical construction activities for utility-scale solar, renewable energy, or power projects.
• Experience managing electrical crews and multiple construction activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of electrical construction activities and task assignments for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Collaborate with project management and other departments to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule.
• Budget, forecast, and manage craft labor, equipment, materials, small tools, consumables, and general working environment.
• Review construction documents, drawings, specifications, and electrical requirements for completeness and field execution.
