The role involves building lasting relationships across the solar industry and guiding project execution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of engineering or related professional services experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver complex solar projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in a project coordinator, project manager, or similar role.
• PMP or related certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver engineering and permitting projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Manage stakeholder relationships (internal and external).
• Coordinate and manage project teams with effective communication.
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules, monitor progress.
• Oversee work to meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action as needed.
• Manage uncertainty and change, including scope creep and change orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
