Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Solar Project Manager to lead our growing Solar market team. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and act as the primary client contact to build lasting industry relationships and drive repeat work.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering or related consulting roles, strong leadership, and experience with proposals, scopes of work, and project management software. This full-time position offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field required.
• PMP or related certification preferred; ability to obtain license.
• 2-6 years in project coordination/management roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; team leadership ability.
• Experience preparing proposals, scopes of work, and qualifications packages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multidisciplinary team on engineering and permitting projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and foster long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and ensure quality and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and manage scope changes and risks.
• Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
