Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Design Lead to mentor and guide project design leads through the design lifecycle for utility-scale solar PV facilities. You will ensure reliable, high-quality, and safe designs while coordinating with Engineers of Record and subcontractors.

The role requires 7+ years in design and renewables, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple teams across disciplines. Occasional travel is required to client sites and project offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in design/process management for utility-scale renewables.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams of engineers across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support project design leads through the design process.
• Attend design reviews and provide feedback on deliverables.
• Assist with EOR and EPC contract reviews and scope changes.
• Develop standards to streamline project design tasks.
• Travel up to 25%.
