Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design, construction, and completion of multiple utility-scale solar EPC projects. You will oversee engineering, scheduling, and client relationships, driving on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in project management, self-perform solar construction experience, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, with 50%+ travel. Industry-leading benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management Experience.
• Utility-Scale Solar Self-Perform Construction experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
• Extensive travel required (50%+).

Responsibilities

• Leads design, construction execution and project completion of multiple solar EPC projects.
• Manages engineering, design discipline and project schedule coordination.
• Develops and manages customer relationships throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversees financials and coordinates with Project Control.
• Administers contract between customer and EPC and leads closeout.
• Coordinates equipment selection and procurement with Engineering and Supply Chain.
