Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial mechanical experience.
- 7+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Experience with solar/renewable energy projects preferred.
Responsabilités
- Oversee mechanical construction activities for utility-scale solar projects.
- Manage pile installation, racking, mounting systems, trackers, and module installation.
- Monitor costs, schedule, quality, and safety; coordinate with Subcontractors.
- Review drawings and ensure QA/QC across all project stages.
- Lead and coach team members and enforce company policies.
