Qualifications

• 1+ years of solar/roofing/electrical experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated safety focus and adherence to standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read plans and interpret electrical layouts.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation process and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and efficient work environment.
• Test system components while the system is operating.
• Represent LGCY Power professionally with customers.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience in all interactions.
• Follow AHJ/Utility/NEC requirements and guidelines.
• Train and mentor crew members and ensure safety procedures.
• Prepare and clean up vans at day end and assist other tasks.
